Card not working

I did sent to many e-mails also more 24 h I don’t have any answer my account is not working all cards not processing any payment online, also I cant no expired date of the online card, but you already charged the moth fees, also i am not able to use service which I am paying for not stock waiting for unlock and tell me what happening with my account please
